Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting www.ac-one-metrics.com (the "Site") and reviewing the Privacy Policy of AC1 ("AC1", "AC-One", "We", "Us", "Our").

Types of data being processed and collected

Influencer data

We collect publicly available information (e.g. total number of followers) directly from third-party sources, such as social media platforms. We do not collect any private data from social media accounts.

The data we collect is publicly available data of the relevant influencers, such as their handle, as defined in Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process this data based on our legitimate interests as set out in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Besides AC1's interest in operating its platform, AC1 aims to make publicly available data of influencers comparable. The personal data involved, such as number of followers or bios, is processed and evaluated for statistical purposes and represents a minimal intrusion into the influencers' right to privacy. This assumption is further supported by similar offers on the market (e.g. https://socialblade.com or https://tweeplesearch.com).

User data

Behavioral and content data

We collect user data on our platform for the purpose of enhancing the user experience and making automated decisions from the system side. This includes tracking of searches, clicks, and customer journeys.

Non-identifiable and aggregated data

Rest assured that we prioritize user privacy and ensure that individual user data is never shared publicly. Instead, only aggregated views and statistics derived from this data may be shared to provide insights. By tracking and analyzing user interactions, we strive to continuously improve our platform and offer personalized services that align with user preferences. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of user data in a professional and trustworthy manner. Additionally, it's important to note that we adhere to strict data retention policies, and any evaluated data is removed after 90 days to further safeguard user privacy.

Data retention

At our platform, we prioritize the protection of our customers' privacy. We want to reassure you that we do not store any personal information of our customers, except for email addresses and encrypted login information. All other sensitive data, such as payment information, is securely stored by our trusted third-party provider, Gumroad. This ensures that your personal information remains safe and protected, and only essential data necessary for account management and communication purposes is retained within our systems.

As part of our commitment to maintaining an efficient and streamlined user database, we have implemented a data retention policy for inactive or non-subscribing users. All personal information of users who have not subscribed after their trial period or have canceled their subscription will be automatically removed from our database after a designated period. Unless otherwise specified, we delete personal data when its storage is no longer necessary for the provision of our services and there are no legitimate interests on our part or legal retention obligations preventing deletion.

After this period, no contact will be made with inactive users. Rest assured that their email addresses will not be shared with any third parties, and their data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
